Also the rent is disbursed twice per month, mid month and end of the month. I would recommend Chevron First National and I am so happy that Michael Kilroy is on the team.

I personally have been impressed with the service by Chevron First National since 2007 who have kept us in the picture regards administration and status of the property throughout. One of the nice things about Chevron First National is that they have very little turnover of staff and so the service provided for the past 9 years by Melissa and her team have been very helpful to me and us in responding to my/our queries. They have been very diligent over the years to satisfy both the tenant's needs and our landlord's needs efficiently and professionally to keep us with the same tenant over quite a number of years. I am very grateful for that service. It is without hesitation for me to state that I have been very impressed with Melissa and her team to look after my/our investment property since 2007 and I hope to continue this relationship for a long time to come.
