I have to say I met Anthony over 12 months ago to sell our properties and i have mucked him about with on again off again sales, and he was always cool and very understanding of the position i was in. I recently asked Chevron First national to manage my property as I was having problem after problem and I thought, maybe it is just not worth having investment property. Ok, so I agreed and I can say honestly it has taken such a weight off me, I feel that Michael is actually working with me, it's a wonderful experience! As none of us reside any where near the property, we needed an agency who could competently and quickly manage our tenant's needs as well as arrange contractors at a competitive price and keep us all informed of the status of repairs and take care of all the administrative needs of leasing a property.
